Subcontracting worksheet blocks on not certified routings
When running the subcontracting worksheet the calculation blocks on not certified routings. It is not possible to place a filter on this status. It would be great to calculate all subcontrating lines and give an overview of all not planned routing lines. Like it works in the planning worksheet.
Zero consumption in Manufacturing Setup
Allow for the option in Manufacturing Setup for consumption to default to all zeroes vs. what the BOM suggests. This currently exists already in Manufacturing Setup for setting Outputs.

The current Matrix by BOM version, does not include the quantity on the original BOM. This should be included as a additional column.

Posting to WIP Account as correction
It will good to create new seting for posting to account - WIP Account and Change in InvOf WIP Acc. as Correction when Production Order is finished. That mean to the same side (Debit or Credit), but with opposite signe.

you can see the expected qty, remaining qty, qty picked.
But I miss the consumed qty information. This will tell you how mis much is consumed especially when you have consumed more then expected.
