I totally understand the importance of this feature, however, the current feature to support this is in deprecated state as there are performance issues with the underlying Sync framework that was used to scale up. We have a dependency on CDS serverside sync framework to support this, once supported by the platform, we would be working to provide the support for the Exchange/Outlook bookings sync. However, we dont have a timeline on this yet.

Pictures for Resources other than Users
Currently today only Users have images next to their names on the schedule board. It would be nice to be able to assign photos to other resource types and have them displayed on the Schedule Board.

Seems like you are trying to quickly reach to the current time on the board, and take action on the board. There are few settings on the current board that could help you do this.
- You could configure your scheduler settings to only show the working hours, for example 6 AM to 6 PM, so that you don't have to scroll through all non-working hours.
- There is also a blue vertical line which shows the current time of the day

Add a Resource Booking number field or use the default name field for it

[Field Service] Ability to create Bookable Resources with the same name

Configurable coloured pins
The resource pins that appear on the schedule board map should be configurable to allow for greater contrast if required.

Thanks for your feedback. The Booking Status is currently stored as Data, and hence the data records, do not get translated when a new language is enabled. To allow the customers to create their own Custom Booking Statuses, they are stored as data currently. This is a product design limitation at this point,
