Set up a language to default is not set up as default language other than English
I installed Spanish Langauge and when making this language the default language, it is not set up as default. English is still set as the default language when previewing the form. Currently, I am using a workaround to add the lang parameter to the URL. Thanks and regards, ~Mo the Seeker

Reset metrics
We need to be able to reset metrics. We tested the survey with dummy data, which is included in the metrics scores. Now that we have cleared the dummy data and there are no responses, the metrics still have values. I need the metrics to be reset to 0
Ability to Change the "Submit" Button's Text Color
I need the ability to be able to change the color of the text on the Submit button found at the bottom of the Survey. My company's Survey's theme color is set to #FFE500 in the header with black text, but the Submit button's text color is white on top of the theme color, which makes it hard to read.
Form Parameters: Remove or allow deletion of default variables
When creating new forms 3 variables are defined by default: FirstName, LastName and Locale. Currently only Locale can be removed. The option to remove FirstName/LastName variables needs to be added as not all surveys will require these.
First name and last name variables have special handling as they are used to recoginze and map the respondent with the response. Hence, they are not allowed to be removed. User can always choose to not use them if they do need them.
