Enable Satisfaction Metrics CSAT on Customer Voice for Likert option

Currently the Satisfaction metric CSAT is available to only Rating-type questions and so it is limited to the 3 options available under that type (Star, Number, Smiley). Please extend that to Likert-type questions that have ratings like Satisfied to dissatisfied.

survey question is a lookup to the underlying dataverse

Ability to include the option of 'None of the above' to a multiple choice question

In our previous survey builder, we had the ability to include an option of 'None of the above' to multiple choice questions. If this option is selected, the user cannot select any of the other options. De-selecting this option opens up the other options for selection.
