Progress bar should be on the top of page
currently the progress bar shows in the bottom of the customer voice page, it does not follow the WCAG 2.0 guideline. we have this accessibility issue for that. could that be resolved nearly?

Changing date format in Customer Voice from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy
At the moment the companies which are using Customer Voice can not change the date format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy.

Ability to add images to option values and customize smilies / stars

Text Box component for long Text
Currently it is note possible to include in a survey a 3-4 pages long text with general information or disclaimer. Currently the survey description field is limited to 30-40 lines of text. It would be great to have a Rich Text box component in order to add long text with information in the survey.
