Compensation level update

If a Job is changed on a position it often leads to a compensation level update, if an employee is already assigned comp against that position the level will now be out of sync. Only way currently around this would be to remove the comp and re enter (taking the new comp level)

Remove logic where the cumulative pay rate from the previous compensation record is read when updating/adding a new rate

As it has been done for benefits management, it would be better to have a table displaying eligibility status for a worker for an award/enrollment variable compensation plan.

Currently, it is only possbible to create one future compensation action entry for an employee. In many cases it is required to create more than one future compensation action. It shouldn't be restricted to only one future compensation action.
