Allow to set up different Bank Account Types
We would like to have the ability to be able to set up new bank account type in the system. At the moment, it allows only Checking account to be selected. We'd like to be able to set up different account types. Hoping for your immediate attention to this matter.

Ability to add new fixed compensation entries against previous positions
Currently it's only possible to add fixed compensation entries against current positions, the ability to add against previous positions for HR teams would be beneficial instead of having to access it through the excel workbook designer to add where entries are missed for example

Add Adjusted pay rate fasttab to variable compensation
For the fixed compensation there is a fasttab (on the worker's fixed compensation) adjusted pay rate that allows to work with different currencies. This tab is missing on the variable compensation for a worker. It would be very convenient to have the same functionality over here.

Restricting HR team to see each others compensation
In HR teams more then 1 team members will have access to employee compensation module. In that scenario need ability to restrict to see compensation of other HR team members, but should be able to see other employee compensations.

Decimal precision management for 'increase percentage'
Currently, the field 'increase percentage' accepts only 2 decimals. In case of compulsory salary increase of 0.003 which is in effect Belgium in calendar year 2021, the field needs to be able to handle it. This is currently missing. Can you please have a look? Many thanks, Kia

Give the Option to give One-Time Payments to individual employees (covid benefit payment)
Due to covid-19 the need to give "one-off" payments to individual employees (multiple times a year) and record them with their fixed salary is needed urgently.
e.g.
- employee A gets a "one-off" payment of 1000€ on 1st of April and another on 500€ 1st of October.
