Leave accrual plan setup should only be for leave type vacation

HR view of absence

The solution would benefit from allowing HR to drill down into an employee's absence transactions and see what has been requested/approved and the amount outstanding.

Compute the new probation date when a leave is taken

We would like to know some probation period information and how to configure it. In France, the end of the probation period is computed as follow : end date = start date + 4 months - leaves If the probation period is renewed, then end date = start date + 8 months - leaves

Remove leave days with blank amount from the list

After a leave request was approved, the employee opened the request and deleted one day then resubmitted the request. A one line request went to the Manager looking like a normal leave request but with blank days. The deleted day remains in the list of leave days but with blank amount. The calc...

Allow manager/HR to update absence

Frequently a manager/HR may need to update an absence request for an employee (e.g. when they phone in sick). The solution should provide functionality for a manager/HR to update an employee's absence plan, and for conditionality to exist within a workflow for this to be auto-approved.
