Support serialized products on POS transfer orders
Currently it's not possible to create a transfer order in the POS for serialized items. You are never prompted to add the serial number you are moving, but you do get an error when trying to send that the serial number is mandatory.

These new operations will allow for barcode scanning of products to mark items as received or shipped. Inventory Adjustments from within POS
Ability to allow users to adjust up or down by a specific quantity (not a counting journal with a new on hand). Used for scenarios where an item is damaged or perhaps pulled from stock to be given out as an in-store sample (food items).

POS Notifications for Picking and Receiving
New POS notifications are for customer order's are sweet but it would be nice if the same notification framework could be extended to the Picking and reciving form where Purchase orders are received and Transfer oders are shipped/received.

To learn more about detailed development guidelines for building custom notifications in POS, please read Show custom notifications in the POS - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. There is also a sample added in the Commerce SDK which shows how you can achieve this. BTW, since 10.0.9 release, any new features in the POS application that are related to receiving or shipping purchase orders or transfer orders will be added to the Inbound Inventory and Outbound Inventory operations.
