Positions V2 should not create the active position for the records with Activation date = 1900/01/01.

Export the retired positions via the Positions V2 data entity, system will set the Activation & Retirement date as 1900-01-01, but if importing the file (update the position ID) back, the system will create a active position for the records with the date 1900/01/01. Human resource mass termination functionality

It maybe nice to future feature the option to easily process a mass termination. Not having the option to easily process a mass termination, user may potentially terminate team members in a conventional single record.
