Allocation of stock into a blocked location - WMS app does not consider blocked location

Crossdocking for production order requirements
The current WHS functionality doesn't have functionality to cross dock production requirements.
Scenario/situation
- A production order for assembly of a finished product with 100 parts
- 90 parts are on-stock
- 10 parts are not on-stock

ASN outbound/inbound export/import in an intercompany scenario
It should be possible to use the ASN functionality in an intercompany scenario. Exporting the ASN file (outbound) from company A (selling company), and then imported in company B (purchasing company) as ASN inbound.
Currently it is not possible as the format of the files are different.
