Business Central Online - Office 365 User Import
Right now as we want to add new Users to our BC Environment the only possibility on BC Online is to use the "Get new Users from Office 365" Function to import the users with a BC License. But this Function is limited in its use when there are multiple Production Environments as in our case. The...

D365 in the Government Cloud
I am former MS employee, who works for a MS Solution Provider that implements MS solutions for smaller government entities (states, counties, cities, etc.). Due to the size and budgets in these organizations they are interested in implementing Dynamics365 Business Central solutions, which is des...
6000 AD Users
When receiving ursers from Office 365 AD it takes a very long time when you have 6000 AD users. Also if you have 10 companies in same Tenant it adds all ursers to all companies. It should be possible to import users from selected AD groups.
Adhere to update window for minor upgrades
The update window specified in the admin centre only seems to apply to major upgrades. Minor upgrades have taken place outside of the maintenance window during the working day which has caused business impact I understand there are other threads regarding notifications and ability to schedule mi...
Have Delegated Access for D365 Business Central when local guest users exist at customer tenant
There is one thing which we found out last week when clients/customers invites our employees within teams for a channel used by their teams or share files from sharepoint. At this point a guest user is created within AAD within the clients/customer tenant. When you login then as a Delegated Admi...
Notification of environment creation and deletion.
It would be useful for notification recipients to receive an email each time an environment (Production or Sandbox) is created or deleted within a tenant. It would be of further use to have the created time:date visible for the environments in the tenant admin console. Thanks
Notify before deleting a Preview environment
Notification recipients in the tenant should receive an e-mail before a preview environment gets deleted to avoid loss of data. Maybe some users could save data in these preview environments, so tenant administrators should be warned in order to warn the users that the data will be deleted. Thi...
Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
Please note that we communicate that the Preview environments will be removed 30 days after the official release date in the confirmation dialogue, when you create an environment via the Admin Center, and in the Preview documentation:

Global Admin Access without BC License access to Extension management Page
It would be great if a Global Admin could gain access to extension management Page in order to be able to install and manage apps. Often the Partner does not have an active D365BC license onto production Tenant but is Global Admin of tenant and usually it's the Partner that has to install its ow...
We believe that it is already possible to resolve this issue in a different way.
Business Central partners do not require a license to login into their customers' environments (provided that they have established a reseller relationship with the customer).
Please find more information here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/get-started-online#connect-with-customers
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/delegated-admin
Partners can also assign the Extension Management permission set to any other licensed user, so they can also manage the apps.
Local AAD administrator role in Business Central is very limited on purpose, as the actions should either be performed by Partners (w/o license) or by a licensed user.
Kind regards,
Business Central team
Sandbox Upgrade Window
When creating a new sandbox from a production environment, copy the upgrade window settings or have an option on the create dialog to copy the upgrade window settings. Many times users forget to set the upgrade window on sandboxes.
