This request is based on case# 113070410564152 reported by CEC.
Currently a lead is automatically converted to account, contact and opportunity when we qualify the lead.
The customer would like to choose whether or not to convert it to opportunity.

Actual Revenue should be zero for Lost Opportunities
When you go to close an opportunity as lost in CRM 2016 the Actual Revenue field defaults to the value of the Estimated Revenue field instead of zero.
For previous versions of CRM this value was zero.

Currently there is no available built-in option to track usage statistics for inactive user login access beyond 6 months. As per system's design, it is only capable of recording real-time access activities carried out by users.
