While loading/opening an invoice record for the CRM 2016 SP 2 (8.2.1.176) the product records in the Product subgrid gets refreshed once displaying the message: "Loading records..."and then displays the complete list.
After you open an invoice record, the product Subgrid refreshes twice and gives a message: "Loading records"
Repro steps:
- Login to CRM organization
- Goto Sales > Invoices
- Open an existing invoice record with the product records in the sub grid

Ability to increase the text size of popups
The text in the popup when mouseovering a value in the subgrid is small.
The current font size is the default design and cannot be increased.
Larger font sizes are more user-friendly and easier to read.
The popup text is small and would like it to be enlarged.
Remove cancelled appointment by external organizers with server-side sync
When an external appointment is tracked in Dynamics and the appointment gets cancelled, the appointment is removed from Outlook but not from Dynamics. There is no indication in Dynamics that the external appointment is cancelled. This is confusing.
