Contact deactivation status reason must be visible without scrolling on dialogue box

Allow one contact (one email address) to be connected to multiple accounts

One contact is very often responsible for multiple accounts and it should be able to connect a contact to multiple accounts. That is possible in other CRM systems, like HubSpot. As this is not possible in Dynamics CRM, we have to create workarounds and create other challenges.
