Realizing that global payroll localization is unfeasible, I'd like to propose the below functionality. Is it at all possible to get a webhook based payroll API that allows us to bypass the calculation tables in D365 Core HR, this will allow users to still interact with D365 for Talent as their only port of call for HR-related tasks. While making it easier for partners to integrate with localised solutions and ensure our clients stay compliant. If there could be an option to toggle this functionality so that we can select if we'd like to use Talents Payroll calculations OR bypass it with the new API.

This could also just be an API endpoint. I am working in a team that is integrating with an ANZ based payroll provider and this will allow us to have a payroll integration that is compliant to Aus/NZ regulations.
