All labels and fields are fully customisable: eg change title of Seniority Date in MSS to something “less American”, pesonlise review titles (when you personalise a review and a new review is created, the personalisations are lost). In addtion, client required to change name of assigned workflow tasks in homepage.

Customizations should be shared through security roles and not through import/export.

we've found this really challenging and currently the only option would be via personalisations which then makes the setup very long winded

These changed labels should be supporting translations. In many cases the relabeling is a good idea but global customer cannot do it because the label doesn't translate.
