The current Captcha we can insert into marketing forms looks really outdated and is difficult for users to read/enter. The visibility/usability on mobile devices is also bad. Newer/other versions of Captcha like re(captcha) or captchas that only pop up sometimes after pressing submit are much better in terms of usability and design.

(We spend countless of hours on webdesign/UI/UX and then people still have to manually type something over. This seems like something that could easily be fixed and helps users a lot.)

Thanks! :)

OOTB integration with Google reCAPTCHA for Marketing Forms would be great

Hi,
we have the same needs, using the D365 Portal Basic form solution to expose on the web our enterprise contact/newsletter forms, we have only an available feature “Add Captcha” ... but we would need a new version of the captcha such as a tick, a slide ... something more modern and usable in terms of UI/UX.

As MS partner/customer we hope for a solutions

Thanks :)

We get complaints on the current Captcha being to hard to understand.

This seems like a minor issue but it is a big issue for companies using this platform! Thank you!

We agree - we want more options for ReCaptcha on our marketing forms. You can see different versions here:
